[albatross-users] [patch] set cookie path

Hi,

Attached is patch (against 1.10) which fixes the multiple cookie
(incorrect cookie paths) problem that Sheila highlighted.

The patch contains the following changes:

      * Extracted most of AppContext.redirect_url() to a new method,
        AppContext.absolute_base_url()
      * Changed session.py and sessionfile.py to use the result of new
        method to calculate the path.

I've done some tests and things still seem to be working ok but please
review the change.
