[python-sybase] Installing on Mac OS X w/ Sybase

I have just installed Sybase ASE on my MacOS X 10.2.4 box, and have
no problems building the sybase module (with
SYBASE=/Applications/Sybase/System/OCS-12_5), but when I try to use the
module, I get this error --
