[albatross-users] HTTP Status handling fixes

I've just checked in a bunch of fixes to the handling of HTTP Status codes
within Albatross. Among other things, the cgiapp deployment method was
not emiting a "Status:" header, and the exception code was not setting
the status to "500 Internal Server Error". I've also added a bunch of
symbolic names for the HTTP/1.0 status codes.

While I was looking at the status code, I "accidently" refactored the
httpdapp module - any breakage, let me know.

We should release a preview snapshot early next week (I want to get some
fixes to the page module import machine in place first).
