[albatross-users] Albatross 1.10 released

I've sent a PR to update the FreeBSD port (pr ports/54680).  Or you can use 
the attached ports framework.

To use it:  
 - cd /usr/port (or somewhere handy)
 - run the attached file through "sh"
 - cd www/py-albatross && make 
 - "make install" as root
