[albatross-users] More documentation changes

I have been working my way to the end of the documentation to ensure
that it is up to date.

After pulling out my last three hairs I decided to automate the
construction of the method location table for the SimpleContext

After automating the table construction I realised that it would be
very easy to provide the same table for all of the classes in the
chapter.

Can people please tell me if the method tables in this chapter are
useful or not?
